Strattec Vacation Procedures

It’s time again to think about your vacation days. You need to turn in your vacation slips with requested vacation choices to your Work Group Leaders BEFORE APRIL 30TH. The next work day after May 15th, the Company will let you know what dates are available for the next round of vacation choices. This choice has to be made BEFORE MAY 30TH.

There is a change on the second round in which members who ask for a full week of vacation will receive preference over members asking for less than a full week.

And last, any vacation AFTER JUNE 15TH is on a first come basis.

At this time I would like to congratulate all of the Brothers and Sisters who exercised their right to vote and to all of the candidates who participated in the elections. I express my thanks to all for allowing me to serve another term as Bargaining Committee Representative.
