Briggs Retiree Club

With our Summer coming to an end, let us now get in the swing of our coming Fall events.

September 20th will be our first meeting and every third Wednesday of the month thereafter. Starting in October, every second Wednesday of the month, Bingo will be played. Both will start at 12:00 noon and doors will open at 11:00 a.m. Please bring your birthday or anniversary treats to the regular monthly meetings only. Sheepshead will be played every Tuesday at 1:00 p.m. and bowling is at 1:00 p.m. every Thursday. All events are held at the Bowlero on Burleigh St.

Anyone interested in joining the Briggs Retiree Club please call Erma Gorecki at 781-8951 for more information. You will meet some of your old friends and make some new ones. It is fun for all. Dues are $24.00 per year or $12.00 for six months (January-June or July to December).

Remember our sick member, Edith Opitz and all our retirees in nursing homes. Let us all give them a call or visit them when we can.
