Nalepinski elected Vice President

On Friday, September 27, John Nalepinski was elected to complete the present term as Vice President.

This was a special election to fill the vacancy created when Colin Campbell retired in July.

Nalepinski had been a grievance rep and alternate grievance rep at the West Allis Plant until the sale of the foundry.

Richard Clark finished second in the election. The original count showed John Nalepinski received 255 votes while Richard Clark 250 with 4 void ballots.

Clark did request a recount of the ballots due to the close race. On the recount, one pack of 10 votes for Nalepinski were found in the bundle of Clark votes. This changed the final count to Nalepinski 265, Clark 240.
