Nominations to be taken at June membership Meeting for 7 delegates to Wisconsin State AFL-CIO Convention

Nominations will be taken at the June 22nd membership meeting for seven (7) elected delegates to the Wisconsin State AFL-CIO Convention to be held in Milwaukee October 2nd through October 4th.

Local 7-232 will send nine delegates to this convention. Per the Local 7-232 By-laws, the President and Financial Secretary are automatic delegates to this convention. Membership approved this delegation at the May 25th meeting.

This convention will offer much information for all unions in Wisconsin. This convention will set the direction of labor in Wisconsin for the next two years.

Members must have 12 months seniority and must accept nomination in writing to the Recording Secretary no later than 48 hours after the end of the last meeting on June 22nd.

Election of delegates will take place at the August membership meeting.
